Dedicated career coach

On our full-time bootcamps, a career coach will support you during your Northcoders experience and continue to work with you after you graduate.
CV writing guidance

We’ll provide an overview of what should be covered on a CV, the importance of keywords, how to phrase Northcoders, and more, as well as CV feedback.
1:1 tailored support

On our full-time bootcamps, a career coach can help you create a tailored plan based on your background and motivation, to help you succeed in your job search, focusing on location, type of role, features of the role (hybrid/remote/etc.) and salary.
Lunch & learn sessions

Focusing on key themes such as the importance of networking, how to use LinkedIn, how to overcome imposter syndrome, etc. Our lunch & learns are designed to make you think differently about your approach to your career.
Hiring partners

Access to our hiring partners can give you a head start on the next phase of your career. From our in-person networking events with hiring partners, to access to a private jobs channel where you can apply for vacancies with one of our partners.
Mock interviews

Participating in mock interviews can prepare you for the real thing. We expect all learners to prepare as if you were applying for a real role, and feedback and guidance is given to improve your skills at interviewing.
