The project is a data pipeline for a Tote bag business called Terrific Totes, that extracts data from an operational database, transforms it into star-schema format, and loads it into a data warehouse for querying by analysts.
The Team

Daniel Solomon
I am an analytically and logically minded, resilient…
problem solver, who has studied on the Northcoders Data Engineering bootcamp. Before the bootcamp, I studied IT at college and was engaged in Christian mission work.

Liam Cross
As a lifelong tech enthusiast, I have always been…
surrounded by the newest innovative and alternative technologies and have always sought to understand how they function. Discovering how to make something work or even operate outside of its intended purpose is a satisfying challenge I take pride in. Through a near two decade career in retail, I have acquired a whole host of people and problem solving skills, and I would like to merge this with my passion for technology by entering a career in data engineering.

Shahanaz Shaik
Shahanaz has a degree in computer science and is currently…
working as a Healthcare Assistant. Her hobbies include travelling, film and gaming.

Arthur Clemetson
As an analytically inclined individual with diverse skills…
and experience, I excel at organising workloads to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard. My I.T. proficiency, particularly with word documents, complements my strong communication skills and adaptability, enabling me to work well both independently and in teams. I’m quick to learn, personable, and eager to bring my leadership and practical skills to a new opportunity.
