How did you find your time on the bootcamp?

Life changing. Aside from making you a developer, Northcoders teach you to be resilient and open to constantly challenging and improving yourself.

What were you doing before the bootcamp and what made you apply?

I was a Telecoms Analyst, managing phone systems for 150 sites and a mobile estate of 1000 phones. The work wasn't very challenging or enjoyable and I've wanted to be a developer for a few years.

What was the support like on the course?

Every member of the Northcoder team was knowledgable, encouraging and friendly. They helped me overcome each barrier I faced and gave me the confidence to succeed.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking about applying?

If you've proved you have a desire to code and have a strong work ethic you owe yourself the chance to build the life you want.
